With this easy system, you get photos that are *Exactly* what you want - without having to know why you like what you like or how to explain it.
If you want something other than true to life color for your photos, here's how to get exactly what you're looking for:
• Let me know you're interested in a custom edit on your inquiry form, and choose the style from the drop-down menu that most closely resembles what you're envisioning.
• Once you're on my calendar, you'll send me examples of edits that you like. If you asked 10 photographers to edit a photo "light and airy," you'd get 10 different photos back. That's why we do this step - so I know what "light and airy" (or whatever style) means to YOU.
• After your session, you'll receive a sneak peek of your gallery, at which point you sign off on the edits I did (or we make adjustments). Then your approved edit will be applied to all your photos!
This couple had a Wiccan ceremony at Henry Cowell State Park. The redwoods and their nontraditional flare worked perfectly with the dark and moody edit they wanted. We went with a fairly true to life tones with a bit of grain and deep shadows for moodiness.
This couple wanted a cinematic, filmy feel. Their reference images had distinctly peachy and lavender hues, which was easy to replicate - especially with the gorgeous sunset we got! This was a gorgeous custom edit, perfect for their beach engagement photos.
For their wedding at Ruth Bancroft Garden, this couple wanted a light and airy edit. Their florals were very colorful, so it was important not to wash out the pastel tones! Their reference images had more blue-toned greens, and we settled on this not-too-desaturated light and airy editing style.
This couple got married at Sanborn Park, and wanted a filmy meets dark and moody edit. Their reference images had cool toned highlights and green shadows. The cooler tones in this custom editing style perfectly paired with the warmth of their burgundy and pink color palette!
